7:30AM                     Swap meet opens for Vendor Set up,  NCRS registration opens

8:30AM- 3:00PM         Show cars & performance verification check in (Registration Trailer)

8:30AM- 3:00PM         P.V.’s by appointment made by team leaders.

3:00PM                     Seminar (Al Grennings Blocks & Trim Tags - Old Town Meeting Room

5:00PM                     All show cars must be checked in Once cars are in place

                               they must remain on show field until the release time on

                               Saturday of 4:00 PM. Sportsman cars can be removed if

                                      it is your primary transportation only.

6:30PM - 7:30 PM       Opening cocktail reception (Sun on Beach Lounge)

General information: Please wear your name badge at all times. This badge allows you to enter the show car field and other NCRS functions. Vendors will have windshield stickers to get into the assigned gate. No camping or alcoholic beverages except at designated functions. Security will be provided only at Old Town on a 24 hr. basis starting 1/21/2004. Each participant is ultimately responsible for insuring their vehicles and property. The swap meet will be off limits to everyone from 9:00 PM to 6:00AM.
